Tom Erskine is a seasoned football coach with over 20 years of experience dedicated to
nurturing young talent and promoting the sport at all levels. Having spent most
of his career at a Category 2 professional academy, Tom has successfully
coached players from U7 to U16, emphasising skill development, teamwork, and a
passion for the game. His tenure also includes valuable experiences supporting
the first team during matches, where he gained insights into high-level
competition and coaching strategies.

Tom has embraced grassroots coaching, driven by a mission to provide quality football
training to all young children in his city. He believes in creating an
inclusive environment where every child can learn and enjoy the game,
regardless of their background or ability.
